Is Green Building means a building cover surrounded by Green Plants & Trees..? Well, It's more than this. A Green Building combines a aspects like Energy Efficiency, Water Conservation, Sustainable Material, Indoor Environment Quality, Sustainable Building Planning & Design etc.

With the Focusing on this Aspects, The Course is Design to provide you immersive Learning of " How to Design Green Building" with different Parameters that are discussed in following lectures.

This course is about Green Building Design. The course mainly consist 3 Section with couple of lecture in that which provides immersive learning experience of Green Building Design.

Section 1 : This section is about Building siting. The Orientation of Building. This is the initial Phase Building Orientation plays a vital role to Building Heat Gain & thermal transmittance as for building energy simulation. The section consists 2 lecture which includes topics like guidelines of building design of different zones, solar control, building sitting & it's features.

Section 2 : This section is about Pumping system for Green Buildings. The section comprise 2 lecture with the included topics like Pump application, Pump roles in building, types of pumps, pressure drop in pumps as well as recommendations for good practice for pumps.

Section 3 : This section is about Refrigerant selection for cooling in green building. The course has 1 lecture that covers the topics like basic of refrigerant, types of refrigerant, GWP & ODP of refrigerant, environmental impact, Performance of Refrigerant as well as Current & Future Refrigerant.

This course series is useful for those who wish to understand design aspects of Green Building. The course is not about remembering points and credits but it is about conceptual understanding of different parameters affecting Design process of Green Building. Prior going for LEED or any other Green building exam, if the Design concept is understood, It will make the process of Green certification as well as credentialing process much easier.
