I am a teacher with 11 years of experience. I have my bachelor's in elementary education, my master's in educational leadership, and my doctorate in special education. I am an adjunct instructor at a local community college where I teach pre-service teachers how to become excellent educators.  My philosophy is to engage students with motivational techniques while using differentiation to create life-long learners.
