Description

GPS FOR Expecting Moms is a course for expectant parents who want real and raw information about the ins and outs of the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. You will receive support and guidance to navigate your pregnancy journey using our birth-related experiences. This course aims to equip you with essential information that often remains undisclosed until it is too late. Our goal is to provide support and guidance, enabling you to take a proactive approach to your journey and ensuring a serene and enjoyable experience throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. Upon completing the course, you will possess invaluable concrete resources and knowledge to feel confident and empowered to make informed choices.

Daniel and I welcomed our baby boy, Konrad, in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our journey was filled with magical moments and challenging opportunities for growth—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We relied on a team that helped us navigate the steep learning curve of pregnancy and parenthood. Experiencing pregnancy and the joy of welcoming our first baby was incredibly thrilling, but it also brought some daunting changes. Nonetheless, the valuable lessons we learned during that time have prepared us well to give back to others now, wholeheartedly and compassionately.

Who this course is for:

  • Expectant parents and individuals who have recently become parents, seeking valuable information and guidance to navigate the journey with confidence and understanding.
