WELCOME TO GOOD VIBRATIONS YOGA THERAPY

By staying the closest to traditions, I suggest a simple and progressive approach to the lectures.

The steps to follow can help you start your practice in a gentle manner and gradually grow to the next level.

    • Follow the course on a chronological manner (Start with lecture 1, then 2, then 3, etc).

    • Practice a session each day.

    • Open up the body with the warm-up exercises.

    • Practice Yoga before breakfast or dinner.

    • Practice with ease, and do not push your limits. Be patient.

    • Consult with your doctor, if you suffer from high tension, any severe pain, pregnant or on your periodic cycle.

    • Be aware, present, conscious and focused during this journey.

    How to use your guide?

    • Breathing oxygen produces energy within, if you control the breath, you can control the energy and if you learn to control the breath you are able to control the mind.

    • Prayanama techniques or breathing techniques will help you shine from the inside out and create a sense of relief within you.

    1- The power of breathing

    2- Meditation and inner self-discovery

Notes: Implement in your daily life the techniques for meditation and breathwork.

Please check the documents provided in the resources of each lesson.

You will find it helpful to refer immediately to the techniques after having learned about a course subject.

That way, you will fully understand the benefits of Yoga by experiencing it yourself.

    - Allow at least 15 days of practice for 1- PART 1, until you are familiar with the terms and understand their basis.

    - You can continue with Prayanama Techniques 1-PART 2, after 3 months and keep the rhythm going :)

    - Asanas are great to open up the body, keep a strong foundation and an aligned posture.

    - Keep the spine healthy and prepare the mind for meditation, if you do not have your own routine already, you can practice the 12 basic postures of yoga flow. Refer to the Warmup video provided.

    - Please remember to practice mindfully and with ease. This is the best way to learn. Practice mindfulness, so you understand deeply what is happening after a session.

"I can't say that your life will transform in an instant because it won't".

Yoga practice takes dedication, discipline and application in daily life. Only when you start mastering your breath, thoughts, body functions, then you will start noticing some changes and then - and you need to know this - Yoga will take you to new beginnings!

This approach of Yoga is effective learning transforming the rest of your life. Please follow the course in your own rhythm and make sure to take your time.

    Yoga and spirituality

Yoga is not a religion, yoga is not a philosophy, it is mentioned in the Vedas texts, dating from 2500 years before JC, but thank to Patanjali, an Indian sage and his yoga sutras, we are able to benefit from its influence until today .

Yoga is part of different limbs of Yoga in the traditional ancient Yoga, besides the asanas, postures, it is a mix of coordinated techniques that centers focus on the purification of the body and the spirit, that offers a life system with the ultimate goal, to make man regain his links with the universe.

What most people think of yoga is a series of postures that will improve your health. Yoga integrates the connection to the breath, to the movement, to the mind and spirit.

-When we stretch, we are not only stretching our body, but we are stretching our mind too.

-When we breathe, we don't breathe just air, we breathe energy.

-When we rest in Savasana we are not only resting, but we are also cleansing, healing, rejuvenating.

-When we meditate, we don't only sit in stillness for a few minutes, we actually train our mind to be quiet and reach Samadhi, higher consciousness, and true liberation.

You will learn about Yoga, its meaning and how to incorporate these tools into your busy daily life.

Asanas are great to open up the body, keep a strong foundation, aligned posture, and keep your spine healthy.

Breathwork will help you to remove blockages, traumas, and have difficulty breathing, some of these practices can cure asthma and other diseases.

Detoxify and get closer to your deepest self to overcome fears and face your demons by releasing tension and directing energy in a way that you will liberate yourself from things that have taken you in a non-ending cycle.

Listen to your own limits, listen to your body, all the answers are within you. This course has a purpose to help you achieve the results you seek.

  • Part 1 - The power of breathing - Inner discovery6:33

    INTRODUCTION TO BREATHING

From the moment we opened our eyes for the first time, we breathe, until the moment we take our last breath, our breath is vital but we rarely give it our full attention.

It is important to breathe in a proper manner and consciously, so that you can take control over your physical, emotional, and mental states. You have the opportunity here to benefit from vital tools and unique ancient breathing techniques and apply them in your daily life.

We take breathing as something somehow granted, since the heartbeat by itself naturally, but the mind and proper breathing are the main triggers for a healthy life.

Breathing helps you charge your body with fresh energy, reduce stress, helps you unwind and relax, gain control over emotions, heal from diseases, become more aware of your patterns, and access higher consciousness.

    The flow of breath

Deep breathing is generally done with inhalations true to the nostrils and exhalations through an open mouth.

With a deep gentle connecting breath and focusing on yourself within, you will reach a state of relaxation and feel settled in the posture.

The deepest the breaths the more the body gets oxygenated. This oxygen is the energy you need to survive, to eat, to move...Breathing brings you into a calm and focused state, right in the present moment... We become more aware of our feeling, sensations and the breath helps trigger these emotional reactions. You are therefore more aware of the subtle things happening around you and within yourself.

The daily breathwork and meditation sessions will help you strengthen, stretch, cleanse, and calm fast.

Practice safely and happily, have fun and enjoy your sessions.

Advice for your practice - Set an intention before you start

Choose a place that is quiet and clean.

Always use the same area, where you can practice without being disturbed.

Lie down with your head in the north, feet to the East.

Use a hard surface, covering it with a blanket or your yoga mat.

Wear comfortable light and large clothes made of cotton.

Practice first asana, then prayanama, then meditation. Wait half hour to restore.

Always breathe true the nostrils, mouth closed.

Keep your mind calm, but vigilant.

Oblige yourself to change your mind set with a yoga session.

The idea of practicing yoga is to brighten your days.

Tell yourself that you have the opportunity to be in a calm environment, enjoy it fully, and change the course of your thoughts.

You can return to your problems and solve them with an open mind and more ease.

  • Cultivate Awareness8:25

In this session you will learn to connect with your own presence and breath.

Place yourself in Savasana the corpse pose to relax fully your physical body and mind.

Listen to your breath. Observe the movements of your breath as you breathe in and out, and let yourself be guided by the flow. Let the rhythm happen. Once your mind is calm, start your practice.

Benefits: The powerful breathing techniques will help you to gain more focus, feel empowered and confident, increase your vibrations, remove anxiety and fear, find your center and learn to ground yourself.

They stimulate your nervous system, boost your immune system and re-balance your mind and body from head to toe.

It is normal that your body reacts to these changes, therefore when you start as a beginner, you may fall asleep during your meditation practice, or not feeling anything at all. That's OK, it is normal, so don't worry. Keep practicing.

Set your mind, practice your will power, begin with fresh and energized ideas, or get a cold shower to wake up the whole system, drink warm lemon juice, light a candle in your favorite place to practice each day, then you are ready. Always sit straight with your spine long, and not against any surface, that will make your mind alert and give your torso space to breathe.

Some techniques are amazing to energize your body, relax your nervous system and help you keep breathing regularly during your practice. So Let's start and discover these wonderful techniques together!

'It is clear that someone's energy is stuck just looking at his or her breathing.'
