Learn how to deal effectively with "backsliding."
Shift in how you do appropriate Self-Soothing Activities that do NOT involve food.
Learn to pause when you think "I'm hungry." Note if you need water to "hydrate."
Use the Self-Love Meditation video to take yourself to a new level of comfort and support.
Notice if, like several other people, you were unsafe as a child and you overate to become "big " so you would feel safe. (Perhaps, you sought to become safe and away from male attention.) Use the insights (in Module Four Video One) to inspire you to make new and mature choices.
Shift away from seeking others' approval. Look to the God and Goddess--and yourself--for approval.
