Hello and welcome!
Thank you for enrolling in this course.
IMPORTANT: Please read this entire message! It has essential information you'll need for a successful training experience.
About video quality: All of the videos are created in high definition (hi-def). Depending on your Internet speed, the Udemy video player may default to a video playback level that is not high definition. I recommend you play the videos in high definition by changing the video quality playback. This can be done by clicking on the gear icon located in the bottom right of the video player.
Click here to see a screenshot showing the gear icon.
About video playback speed: Our instructors take a patient and methodical approach to teaching, similar to a reassuring friend sitting beside you and explaining step-by-step. That said, you can easily speed up the videos by increasing the video playback speed. This can be achieved by clicking on the playback speed option located in the bottom left of the video player.
Click here to see a screenshot showing where to change the video playback speed.
About Udemy's early review prompt: Udemy recently changed the review process and is now requesting students leave feedback early on in their training experience. I know this can be annoying since it would be like requesting feedback on a 2-hour movie when you’re only 5 minutes in. Thanks again for joining the course. All the best with your training!
Sincerely,
Simon Calder
