Description
Giving poor, ineffective feedback can be negative for both individual workers and the organisation as a whole. For individuals, it can mean increased anxiety, job security worries and a tense atmosphere. For organisations, it can mean reduced productivity, poor teamwork and increased staff turnover.
In this course, we will look at how to give and receive feedback effectively. We will look at different types of feedback and how to successfully implement them in the workplace. By encouraging constructive feedback, we can make the workplace a better place for everyone involved.
This course is important for all, as giving and receiving feedback is a skill that everyone should be working on continuously. As we will see in this course, there are always ways to improve.
