Description
This course is specifically for students, or anyone really, who are looking to apply to go to veterinary school. I am a UK-based veterinary student, soon to be completing my degree and am looking forward to helping other prospective students into this amazing field. I only applied to UK universities, however, this course is helpful for all. It begins with the work experience that you will need in order to apply to university, and what work experience is best, as well as the aims you want to get out of this. It is then followed on by how to write your personal statement, which is obviously one of the most important parts of applying to vet school. It is full of top tips, interesting insights, and most importantly, what not to do. This course then goes into interview techniques for when your personal statement has blown them away, which is generalised for all different interview types you will get at the different vet schools. Here, we have more helpful information and up to date issues in the veterinary community, which many are asked about during interviews. It is all compiled into one place, perfect for your prospective, dedicated vet student.
Who this course is for:
- Prospective veterinary students
Instructor
I am a veterinary student, soon to be completing my degree, and am using this platform to help inspire younger students to apply for the veterinary profession, and helping them achieve this goal. I went through the 'Applying to Vet School' process a few years ago and have kept up to date with the interview process at multiple veterinary universities, to ensure I can give the best and most well-rounded education.
