I am passionate about inspiring and teaching others about health and fitness. As a personal trainer, I love to share my knowledge showing others how to live a healthy lifestyle.
My own movement journey began as a professional dancer. I had the opportunity to work with some amazing artists and dancers and gained a fascination with human movement and the power of incorporating it into everyday life. The body is an amazing creation and our own movement possibilities are endless if we learn to respect and take care of it.
I have a M.S. in Exercise Science and a B.S. in Biology. My professional experience includes working with people of all ages and creating plans that specifically help them reach and pass their goals as well as learn to live injury and pain free.
