I discovered the language of the Universe when searching for the information on why someone would heal or wouldn't . I found that the same principles for healing would apply to a person's life, including all their manifestations.

As the elephant charged towards Chris, Chris remained completely calm and without fear. The elephant responded to him and halted in his tracks. Chris has learnt the art of communicating with nature, radiating a force from within him to communicate with the charging elephant.

Your environment is responding just the same to your energy, thoughts, feelings, intentions, love, hate, jealousy, kindness, guilt, freedom, strength or weakness. It will match these without fail.

Watching the video of Chris reminded me of the time I was in a horse paddock as a young teenager. I felt very fearful of the horse that stood still a couple of meters away, watching me, picking up on my fear and anxiety. The horse then responded to my fear and attempted to kick me in the face with his hind legs. I was lucky he missed but it makes you stop and think how many bad situations or accidents are caused by personal energy.

The Universe is all existing matter, energy, and space. You can't see it, but it is the essence of everything. It speaks to you in your daily life, and its messages manifest in emotional feelings, physical creations, and spiritual experiences.

It is the expression of energy. It’s like putting energy in a jar and taking it to someone to analyse its content and transform it into a physical, emotional or spiritual experience.

Every minute the Universe is talking to you, or you are talking to it. In any minute of the day, any interaction with anyone or anything – there lies your message of what is in your energy field.

How to read the message takes some training and experience. This course will help you learn detective skills on finding the information and clues of what the Universe is telling you.

Be clear about the short and long-term things you want. Knowing what you want is as important as when you lack direction, you will be led up the garden path and to places you never wanted to go, experiencing things you did not want to experience.

Your health is reflecting many things. When you are in harmony with yourself, harmony is reflected in your body and health. Physical conditions can be the cause of many emotional, physical and spiritual blocks. Your body is constantly talking to you – don’t ignore the signs.
Science has proven that your immune system is directly affected by stress and improves with happy, positive, or compassionate thoughts.

Identifying your current health state helps you connect with your body so you can "read" it and find the messages it is giving you. A typical response from people is that they say they've had a condition for so long, that it's their normal way of life. This means they are ignoring the message the Universe is sending to them, and their condition/pain gets worse.

It’s time to give up mediocrity and recognise you have much more power to create the life and health you want. Get to know yourself so you can feel your body and connect with it as it is always communicating with you. The healthier your body is, the easier it is to “read” the messages coming from the Universe.

Analyse your current state of health. Note any physical conditions and frequency of your negative condition. Rate the clarity of your mind, energy levels, the flexibility of your body, etc. Get in touch with your body as if it is talking to you. It may notice you feel differently around certain people or in different situations.
