This course will equip and empower you with the skills, confidence, and templates to be a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Learn how to plan a CRM Project with an 8 step process and how to gather and document requirements from stakeholders.

Includes a suite of business analysis questions and templates to guide you through the process.

This course is brought to you by Heather Black, the CEO and Founder of Supermums, a Salesforce Training and Recruitment Specialist. Heather is an experienced Trainer in Business Analysis, Change Management, and Agile Project Management and Salesforce Consultant. She has been training people globally on Salesforce since 2012 and was awarded a Golden Hoodie by Salesforce for her impact.

Heather trained as a Business Analyst with Salesforce in 2012 and the British Computing Society in 2015-2017 and she shares disciplines from these courses with trainees. Terminology used in this course is based on these foundation courses but please note terminology used within business analysis practices can vary across the eco-system.

The course content will contribute towards completing the Salesforce Business Analysis Certification. For a full complement of Salesforce Consultancy Skills, this Business Analysis course should be taken alongside other courses delivered by Heather covering Agile Project Management and Change Management.
