Hi there and welcome to my course!
I present to you 4 short & simple workouts for absolutely everybody. These include: Morning yoga, Pilates, Stretch & relax and Evening yoga.
I've been teaching these classes to mostly beginners of different age groups (30-70 year olds) in different counties (Spain, Greece, Slovenia & Dominican Republic) over the past 7 years. All you need is a yoga mat, maybe a bottle of water, preferably an empty stomach and a smile:)
Here are some facts:
Regular exercise can improve your strength and endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system to work more efficiently. Physical activity stimulates different brain chemicals which may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed and less anxious. You may also feel better about your appearance when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. Exercise can also help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories.
With this course you will gain flexibility, strength, balance and you will feel amazing!
If you find these workouts challenging, just remember: "Practice, practice, practice". If you keep practicing, you'll get there. For any questions I'm always available:)
Let's get moving!
