In this course my intention is to share me new found excitement for the kettlebell. It started with me looking through a book titled the World's Fittest book which showcased the benefits of the kettlebell.
I had the feeling that with the kettlebell I would be able to get a full body workout, cardio, build strength and endurance all at the same time and also burn fat too!
Afterwards I came across the book The Swing by Tracy Reifkind where I learned how she benefited greatly by doing the kettlebell swing exercise. Reifkind shared how using the kettlebell swing and changing her diet contributed to her losing 120lbs! In this course I share some beginner exercises that I have learned to get you started with this tool such as curls for your arms, squats for your legs, the swing for your arms, core and legs and the press for your chest.
In this course I will also have segments where I demonstrate the exercise and then give time for you to follow along with me.
I hope that you will find the kettlebell exercises as a great tool for both strength and cardio two in one.
Just add some music and your on your way to getting fit and having fun at the same time!
Please note that the exercises and activities demonstrated in the video are for educational purposes only and I ask that you seek professional advice before you try this out thanks.
