Inspira Human Resources Gateway.
This course will not take you more than 3 hours to complete with video lectures, reading materials and practice; is based on the official "Manual for the Applicant on the Staff Selection System" (Inspira), version 3.0 and will also include preparation for
knowledge and skills assessments, and
competency based interviews.
Course structure:
Introduction to United Nations careers and jobs mapping;
United Nations Careers and Inspira;
The job application process;
Job openings in Inspira;
Evaluation criteria;
Pre-screening and eligibility rules;
Search, prepare and apply for job applications;
Assessments and interviews.
In addition to providing guidance on the application process, the course also prepares individuals for the knowledge and skills assessments, as well as competency-based interviews. These assessments play a crucial role in the selection process for United Nations positions, evaluating candidates' expertise, qualifications, and ability to perform the tasks required in the job.
By offering preparation for these assessments, the course enables participants to showcase their abilities effectively and increase their chances of success in securing a United Nations job. Through comprehensive training and practice, individuals can enhance their confidence and performance in these assessments, leading to a greater chance of being selected for desirable positions within the United Nations.
