Instructor
I was first introduced to yoga back in my early 20s when I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. It was recommended as a gentle exercise regimen to maintain joint suppleness, keep me active, and delve into accompanying mindfulness techniques. 20 years in the practice has transformed my life, not only physically but mentally too. So becoming a Yoga teacher was a natural progression for me as I wanted to share the wonderful benefits yoga has to offer.
I now teach gentle accessible yoga, movement, and mindfulness in various forms to people around the world.
