First things first, on the basis of the detailed basic teaching of Article 5 of the GDPR, it will be easier for the student to abstract the GDPR facts as a highly qualified practitioner to his working level.
This course highlights Article 40(2) of the GDPR in particular and shall encourage the drawing up of codes of conduct intended to contribute to the proper application of this Regulation. The development of the Code of Conduct aims to reach a possible level of certification.

Codes of Conducts are part of fundamental issues and involve factors such as risk analysis, appropriate measures and many organisational factors to establish a supervisory structure and monitoring mechanism.
Starting from the required standard Article 30 GDPR as a data protection officer and compliance consultant, I have divided my systematic functions into three different categories:
I. Practitioner Class - Awareness-raising and Training for staff
with focus to the Principles of Art. 5(1) GDPR and 39(1)(b) GDPR
II. Compliance Monitoring for organisational units according to Art. 30 GDPR and the development of IT-processes Art. 32(1)(d) GDPR
III. On request I perform independent audit simulations and consulting according to Art. 5(2) GDPR to improve the code of conduct and certification level
With this course, you will take part in the first category for staff involved in personal data GDPR compliance.
The documentation of the GDPR and the application are taught as a continuation. My concept focuses on demand-oriented variable application and minimal documentation to maintain an overview. Benefits for process management are cross-divisional. You will learn to act purposefully on the basis of principles. The development of variable approaches for each situation is the goal of a Practitioner Class.
Communication as a DPO is clear and simple.
There is a continuous improvement process e.g. documented Questions & Answers and Training of staff according to Article 39(1)(b) GDPR.
The text of the GDPR Regulation is the key to a complete monitor system.
Interpretations should be meaningful within the specific context.
