Cases
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
More AI-generated content does not automatically create better learning. A useful learning experience needs clear practice, credible feedback and room for different learners. Here are 235 tools for that: 139 ready-to-use question lists, checklists, templates and procedures, 64 models and methods, 30 services shown on screen and 2 working files.
Open a lecture, take the worksheet, run one learning episode through it this week.
Why more AI content is not enough
A slide deck can become a script in seconds, yet the script may still miss the point of the lesson. Questions can look polished while testing recall that has little connection to the intended practice. When every learner receives the same explanation, the facilitator ends up repairing confusion during delivery. Generating more material adds another review task unless the design itself becomes clearer.
What changes after this course
You start from an approved learning episode and reliable sources. Content is adapted without losing its purpose, and practice responds to learner needs while staying understandable to a human reviewer. Accessibility, source checks and facilitator support are part of the design, not a final correction. And around it you build the learning system: a corporate university, pathways, facilitators and engagement.
A note on the structure
The course opens with two practical lessons on content transformation and adaptive practice, each with its own worksheet. AI learning material follows, then corporate university content on facilitation, blended delivery and learning pathways. The gamification sections later in the course, on recruitment, onboarding, motivation and culture, are broader context rather than additional AI design lessons.
What is inside: 235 tools, counted lecture by lecture
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.
Where the tools are
Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
For the StarLightMedia group I designed a single learning centre, Star University, with faculties for creative professions, production management and supporting skills, minimum academic theory, learning by choice and gamification through levels, badges and points. At iDeals, when we chose a learning system, I built a scorecard and one LMS won on almost every criterion except design. The first manager who tried it refused to work with it, and we switched to a learning plugin for the knowledge base we already had.
How to use the course
Start with the two worksheet lessons and run one real learning episode through them. Then take the corporate university and gamification sections for the system around it. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
