I'm Karleen, a composer, musician, teacher, programmer and more. I started playing piano when I was 4 and wrote my first composition when I was 15. I taught myself how to play the electric guitar at 14 and spent all my spare time playing hard rock and heavy metal music. I reverted to classical music in university and studied the classical guitar and Japanese flute.

I've been teaching since 2007, from maths to piano to teaching English in a foreign country.

Composing music is my one true passion and I love teaching people so Udemy is a natural progression for me. I hope to make a change in your life, and bring out the musical side in you.
