Hello! I am Luciana, your wellness coach with over two decades of experience on a mission to transform lives. My focus is on cultivating emotionally intelligent leaders, and my journey started with my own struggles, sparking a deep commitment to helping others navigate the challenges of self-confidence and self-esteem.
I've come to understand that true wellbeing goes beyond the conventional notions of diet and exercise. Our bodies are a reflection of a lifetime's worth of thoughts, habits, and emotional processing. That realisation led me to develop the innovative "the four pillars P.S. ME" framework. It is a holistic approach covering the Physical, Spiritual, Mental, and Emotional aspects, providing a solid foundation for a vibrant and self-loving confident life.
Throughout my over seven years of coaching, I've become a trusted source of wisdom in the wellness industry. But my expertise doesn't stop at coaching; I deliver impactful talks, create compelling content, host group coaching sessions, and offer personalized one-on-one coaching for leaders seeking a holistic approach to wellness, including emotional management.
I'm not one to stick to the ordinary – I organise wellness retreats, facilitate mastermind groups, and engage in public talks to share my wealth of knowledge. My clients are individuals who feel frustrated in their wellness journey, those who want to optimise their habits and wellness routine and those seeking a path to a healthy, happy life within their bodies.
As your catalyst for transformation, I help you enhance confidence, boost self-esteem and release deeply entrenched emotions accumulated over a lifetime. My mission is to empower you to construct a healthy lifestyle and cultivate a loving, respectful relationship with your body and yourself.
I live by the wisdom of Lao Tsu: "If you give a hungry man a fish, you feed him for a day, but if you teach him how to fish, you feed him for a lifetime." I express gratitude to those who have influenced my journey, acknowledging mentors, teachers, coaches, and instructors who have shaped my approach.
Embark on a journey with me and discover the path to joyous wellbeing – a transformative experience guided by a seasoned expert committed to your holistic growth and development. Thank you for joining me on this journey!

The Power of Choice

Let's find out!
Let's take a peek behind the curtain and unravel the secrets of emotions!
Let's discover how human emotions are depicted in a scale called "Human Emotion Frequency Scale" by David Hawkins,
Reminder: Emotions are Energy
Understanding that emotions are energy, implies that they are fluid, moving resources meant to be felt and released vs. suppressed and ignored.
When we ignore this understanding, is when we end up suffering from low emotional intelligence as well as stress burnout. In turn, demising our self confidence and self-esteem.
Let's get awareness of our emotional state.
Let's hear an example of how perception can define the feeling we end up feeling towards a neutral event.
Enjoy the process!
Now we have a definition for emotions and an understanding of how feelings are manifested.
Keep on having fun throughout your exploration!

Let's keep on learning!
According to some eastern traditions, everything in the universe comes from the five elements: wood, fire, earth, water, and metal.
Each element represents a specific phase of a cycle, and they interact with one another in dynamic ways.
Apart from the seasonal and natural cycles, the Five Elements Theory is also used to understand and map emotional and physical health. Each element is connected to specific emotions, and an imbalance in any element may result in emotional or physical challenges.
We use this theory to expand our understanding regarding the balance and harmony within the world and the human body.
From the smallest atom to a giant whale to the solar system itself, all things are said to be composed of some combination of these elements.
“The five elements demonstrate how all aspects of human health, [like] diet, movement, and emotions, are interconnected with nature and our environment.” —Teresa Biggs
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), five elements, or five phases, theory outlines the relationship between the different elements in nature and the life force, or "qi," that flows through them.
Wow! let's find out more about this.
What is the 5 Element Theory? What are the 5 Elements?
How is each element linked with certain organs & physiologic systems?
Curious? I am! Let's find out!
The elements are all connected.
The Sheng Cycle (Creation Cycle) illustrates how each element generates and nurtures the next, similar to the relationship between mother and child.
Let's discover it.
The Ke Cycle, also known as the Control Cycle or the Overcoming Cycle, illustrates a controlling or restraining relationship.
Let's find out more about it.
The Five Elements Theory in traditional Chinese philosophy associates specific emotions with each element. These emotional connections help understand how the elements influence human feelings and behaviors.
Shall we find out which emotions are linked to which element?
Let's dive right in!
Tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique refers to patting on specific points on the body while focusing on emotional or physical issues. This technique is based on the idea of balancing the body's energy system to alleviate stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions.
Let's explore this idea.
We have just discovered The Relationship Between Emotions and The 5 Element Theory.
When we acknowledge and understand these connections, we empower ourselves to navigate life's challenges with grace and wisdom.
Let’s keep on exploring!!!

Qigong, which is a traditional Chinese system of movement, breathing exercises, and meditation aimed at cultivating and balancing the body's energy.
According to traditional Chinese medicine and Qigong philosophy, emotions are seen as energetic expressions that manifest within the body and can influence overall wellbeing, Energy in motion……. Each emotion is believed to have a specific quality of energy associated with it. For example, joy is associated with expansive and upward-moving energy, while anger is associated with forceful and outward-moving energy.
Qigong practices, including specific movements, breathing techniques, and meditative exercises, aim to promote the smooth flow and balance of energy within the body, including the energetic manifestations of emotions. By engaging in these practices, individuals may seek to regulate and transform their emotional energy, promoting a state of harmony and wellbeing.

Tapping - Earth Element Flow
You can use this simple and effective tool at any time everywhere. Add it to your toolbox!
Let's find out what questions to ask ourselves when experiencing worry.
Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) To Release Worry
This tapping sequence is a method that involves using our fingers to tap on different points on our body. These particular points are connected to energy pathways known as meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
By tapping on these points, we can help release any disruptions or blockages in the flow of energy, which is believed to contribute to emotional distress and physical discomfort.
Tapping on these points while focusing on specific emotions or issues is thought to restore balance to the body's energy system, alleviate stress, and promote emotional and physical wellbeing.
It's a way to connect our physical body with our emotions, helping us address and manage them more effectively.
You deserve to be free from worry. :)
1st tap to release stress
2nd tap to anchor positive feelings in our physical body
Please remember to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing, practise great self-care, and self love.
You can use EFT to release stress, grief, worry, fear, anxiety, anger.
First, we release the stress, move the emotions and then we bring in the feelings we want to feel.
Measuring level of emotional triggering
Think of a memory, belief or unpleasant physical sensation
Rate level of distress from 0 – 10 (Zero is no emotional distress, 10 maximum possible emotional distress)
After tapping, measure score again. Often it drops rapidly and permanently
Tapping Sequence
Side of the hand
Top of the head (Governing meridian)
Eyebrow point (Bladder meridian)
Side of the eye (Gallbladder meridian)
Under the eye (Stomach meridian)
Under the nose (Governing meridian)
Under the lower lip – chin (Central meridian)
Collar bone [notch where your collarbone meets breast bone] (Kidney meridian)
Under arm (Spleen meridian)

Once you learnt the sequence, tap with your eyes closed.
