Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

402 tools for working with HR trends in one course: 209 ready-to-use files, templates, question lists, checklists and prompts, 103 HR and AI services and apps shown on screen, plus 90 models and methods.

Open a lecture, see the trend at work, take the tool, use it this quarter.

Why trend reports change nothing

Every year HR teams read the same lists: AI, skills, hybrid work, wellbeing, new generations. The list is discussed at one meeting and forgotten, because a trend by itself is not a task. Nobody knows which service to try, which process to change first or how to show the business what it gives.

What changes after this course

You see each trend as practice. For AI and digital HR you see the services on screen and get prompts you can run today. For new generations you have research and ready questions. For rewards, performance and remote work you have templates and procedures. For the business conversation you have the numbers: environment analysis, business cases and ROI.

What is inside: 402 tools, counted file by file

You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool and every service inside is listed there by name.

  • 49 downloadable resources: the lecture presentations plus 12 standalone files (research and survey reports, a culture and performance playbook and an employee journey map)
  • 103 HR and AI services and apps shown on screen, from a quick look to a detailed demo: Asana, Miro, Jira, Discord, ClickUp, Manatal, Phenom, PeopleForce
  • 197 ready-to-use tools inside the presentations:
  • 60 templates and sample documents: employee journey map, HR automation requirements, performance improvement plan, remote employee benefits policy
  • 39 question lists and conversation scripts: employee journey experience survey, Google manager feedback survey, adaptability competency interviews, remote candidate behavioral interviews
  • 29 step-by-step procedures and workflows: OKR goal setting, personalized candidate outreach, AI-assisted policy drafting, predictive HR analytics
  • 22 checklists: Project Oxygen manager behaviors, HRIS selection, employee onboarding, remote work audit
  • 22 ready AI prompts: candidate X-ray search generation, competency model generation, employer brand strategy generation, employee turnover analysis
  • 13 scorecards, rubrics and scoring matrices: employee experience journey map, HR responsibility allocation, opportunity analysis, risk probability-impact
  • 11 formulas and metric sets: workload-based workforce forecasting, HR initiative cost-benefit analysis, employee lifetime value calculation, human capital ROI
  • 1 other working tool
  • 90 models and methods explained with examples: Project Aristotle team effectiveness, total rewards, Motivation 3.0, predictive analytics

Who is teaching

I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.

I have watched this profession change from the inside. In 2004, when I was a student looking for a job in banks, there was no HR to give a resume to, and for a long time people confused HR with cashiers. In 2006 and 2007, working at Alfa-Bank, I saw Google's office for the first time and was shocked like everyone else; many called it a kindergarten, and then companies rushed to copy it. Today I look for fresh trends about once a week. The tools in this course come from that habit.
