I will give a quick introduction to me and will talk about what I am going to cover in the course.
Please feel free to reach out to me, if you have any questions.
In this lecture, I talked about the following topics:
What is Supply Chain Orchestration (SCO)?
Benefits of using SCO
Contract Manufacturing Business Process
Here is my blog on "Integrated Inbound Logistics with Oracle WMS Cloud"

In this lecture, I will show you the following:
How Advanced Fulfillment can be done using Supply Chain Orchestration (SCO)
Functional and Technical components to be setup for SCO
In this lecture, I showed a live software demo on how you can do Outside Processing transactions using SCO. For example, the work definition can have 3 operations. In Operation 1, you will do some in-house operations. In Operation 2, you will ship the unfinished product to a Supplier to do some value add a transaction. Then you receive the finished product from the Supplier and do Operation 3.
In this lecture, I showed a live software demo on how you can do the Back to Back Contract Manufacturing process using SCO. The item I used for this demo is a Back to Back Contract Manufacturing Item.
So SCO creates a Supply request using Work Order for building the product through a Contract Manufacturer. And a Purchase Order for the Service item. Once the product is built by the Contract Manufacturer (CM), the CM will create an invoice for the service using the Purchase order.
This is a continuation of the previous lecture. I showed a live software demo on how you can do the Back to Back Contract Manufacturing process using SCO. The item I used for this demo is a Back to Back Contract Manufacturing Item.

In this lecture, I have completed the Contract Manufacturing B2B scenario. Then i started showing how you can use Supply Chain Orchestration for tracking the Supply Requests and fulfillment transactions for Inter-company transaction.
This is a continuation of the previous lecture. Here I have shown how the shipment transaction can happen in Inventory Management Cloud for the inter-company shipment. I have also shown how to create a supply request manually in this lecture.
In this lecture, I covered the introduction and basics of Intercompany Transactions. In the Cloud, Intercompany transactions are fulfilled using Supply Chain Financial Orchestration.
In this lecture, I showed how you can setup Inventory Organizations for Intercompany.
In this lecture, I showed how you can setup Item Cost Profile and other setups like Drop Ship Flow for doing Intercompany transactions.
In this lecture, I showed how you can setup Transfer Pricing Rule, Documentation and Accounting Rule and Buyer/seller profile. These are the final steps for Intercompany Transactions.
In this lecture, I showed you a demo of Sales Order Fulfillment across legal entities using Intercompany flow.
In this lecture, I showed the ways to create Business Rule to be used in Supply Chain Orchestration. For Example, if you want the users to create a sales order whenever there is a transfer request to move from one inventory to another. You can create a Business rule in SCO and SCO will automatically create a Sales Order for the transfer transaction.
This is a live software demonstration to show some setups and configuration in Supply Planning Cloud. Here I showed how you can create/update graphs, tables using Supply Planning Cloud. These setups hold good for Planning Central Cloud as well.
This is for the use case where demand planning is performed in an external 3rd party system and it needs to be used as input for the calculation of supply orders in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud. You might see this kind of scenario where a customer might use a statistical modeling tool or even a machine learning generated forecast. The external forecast (a Sales Forecast for example) will be uploaded through FBDI, not calculated by the Planning Engine, and will drive the generation of planned orders, WO, PO, Transfers (Supplies and Demands).
Please use the setup document attached in this post for uploading external forecasts into Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
This lecture shows use of Gen AI agent in Manufacturing to answer questions for the documents you upload into the system.

In this short lecture, i give you an overview about Master Production Scheduling (MPS). How to Create MPS? What is the process flow for creating MPS? What SCM Cloud products are used to create MPS?
This lecture show the setups for enabling LPN and Tasks in Advanced Inventory Management.
This lecture show the remaining setups for enabling LPN and Tasks in Advanced Inventory Management.
This lecture shows the demo on using mobile UI to use picking tasks for Picking and shipping in Advanced Inventory Management.
This is the Course Conclusion section, where I talk about the next steps for you to position your career and apply for Procurement Certification with Oracle. I came across a meta link note (Document Id: 2257314.1) which has all the details about setups for Configure to Order (CTO), Back to Back, Contract Manufacturing and much more. If you are in a Project and you are stuck with the setups, please go through that note.
Are you a newbie or a Business Analyst or a Developer or a Business user, who wants to know about Supply Chain Orchestration and how to configure it to do Inventory, Manufacturing and Sales Order Fulfillment transactions?
If you are, then please check out this course. There might be information and videos on Google and YouTube on ERP Cloud Applications. But if you want a course which is tailor-made for the needs of a Business Analyst, Developer, Super User, Functional Consultant, then you came to the right place.
Instead of spending 40 to 50 hours to learn Supply Chain Management (SCM), you just spend less than 3 hours and you get more.
I have 18+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and have implemented SCM Solutions for 15+ customers.
In this course, I will show you how to use Supply Chain Orchestration to effectively manage the Supply Chain for both In-house and Contract Manufacturing Scenarios. I will show this end to end process using Oracle Supply Chain Orchestration, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Collaboration Cloud.
I will also show you Tips and Tricks for SCO Cloud and pitfalls to avoid for SCO Implementation. You can use some or most of the information from this course to write the exam on “Oracle Planning and Collaboration Cloud 2019 Implementation Essentials”.
I have shown a live software demo of some of the setups you can do in Oracle Supply Chain Orchestration Cloud.
