This course guides women entrepreneurs through the three key pillars of sustainable business: economic, environmental, and social. It is designed to empower participants to build enterprises that not only generate profit but also create lasting positive impact for people and the planet.
Across three comprehensive modules, you will explore how to implement a circular economy model that reduces waste, improves efficiency, and inspires innovation within your business. You will learn how circular principles can strengthen resilience, open new market opportunities, and position your company for long-term success in a changing economy.
Beyond the environmental dimension, the course helps you integrate social impact into your daily business practices, from inclusive hiring and ethical supply chains to stakeholder engagement and transparent communication. You will also deepen your understanding of the global sustainability context, examining the root causes of environmental crises and how these connect to your business decisions.
Through guided activities, you’ll learn to recognise and manage climate anxiety, identify and avoid greenwashing, and align your initiatives with UN and EU sustainability policies and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Finally, you’ll apply the Flourishing Business Canvas to redesign your business model, measure and communicate your impact, and contribute to a fairer, greener economy.
