In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of restorative yoga as well as two breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.
The course starts with the fundamentals of restorative yoga to give you a better understanding of this style of yoga. This section also offers a quiz and a practice video which includes a 30 minute restorative yoga sequence. The session can be practiced alongside the instructor to help you connect the theoretical knowledge with the actual practice.
The second module focuses on breathing techniques and pranayama. The module also includes two short practice videos each of which focus on one specific breath to help reduce anxiety and stress.
In the third module, you will learn how to integrate a yoga ritual into your daily life. The lecture explains what a yoga ritual can be all about and what benefits can be reaped from a regular yoga practice. The last module offers some tips and tricks for your restorative yoga practice.
