Description

Welcome to my hair retouching series, focusing on hair photography has allowed me to master this specific subject. As my work requires dealing with emphasising the beauty of hair through Photoshop, I’ve come to realise that it can be a bit tricky, which challenges me to find the right workflow throughout my career.

In this course, I am going to share with you my techniques and workflow that I use to tackle the most common challenges when it comes to re-touching hair.

We will focus on the clean-up foundation to better understand what needs to go and what needs to stay. We will also look into what could be added to keep a natural result and flow throughout the hair.

I will also share with you how we can copy areas to be able to fix gaps or cover imperfections. And of course, the tools that we need to use in order to get that flawless looking image. We will also look into how to correct the hair colour by enhancing the luminosity by using different contouring techniques.
