We are Building Body Mind Soul, easy found on the web under our name and also Iron Martial Arts Online.  This short piece includes our dynamic warmup (before any workout to do) and our official Class 1 and Class 2 in learning the best of open-hand striking basics with high guard principles in self-defense and building life philosophy into your training.  Also, learn the basics of bodyweight training and some grip strength exercises essential to good martial arts practice.  This is a piece of a large curriculum found on from our own website that offers 40 class videos similar to the ones below, for beginner to intermediate level.  Then we have an additional 40 class videos that have the same breakdown of "Martial", "Physical", "Mental" and "Spiritual", that go into advanced training and concepts for all topics.   Here is this portion you are getting today with the official outline below:
