What you'll learn

Requirements
- No requirements but a willingness to better oneself, for participants in level 1.
- Each Level requires a passing test of the level prior. Example: level 2 needs successful completion of level 1 test.
- It is recommended to have a dumbbell or kettlebell of any weight for some exercises although it is not required to complete the program. (Those exercises can be performed with bodyweight alone)

Instructor
Kevin Kai Foster has been on a journey of personal mastery, studying various forms of martial arts for over 35 years. Kai is a disciple of 18 Lohan Hands Kungfu and also an exercise scientist holding 17 fitness certifications. Kai is an experienced personal traininer, a functional fitness specialist, and a natural movement coach; holding various certifications in holistic healing and meditation.
He has now decided to bring his knowledge and experience to more people on an international scale to continue his mission of guiding others on the path of personal mastery and human potential.
