Each workout is 30 minutes long. The theme/style of your workout will change
– ensuring the workouts are unique and engaging.
Boring is just not in our vocabulary.
All workouts include timed interval sets, meaning we do anywhere between 20 seconds to 1 minute sets. What you do in those timed sets is according to your fitness level. Week one you may find that you complete 5 squats in 20 seconds, while week three you’re up to 7.
It’s a great confidence boost.
You’ll feel stronger, more confident and have more energy all while getting fit and toned.

The Cardio Fusion Overview is an instructional video detailing each exercise included in this particular workout. You will be guided on proper form as well as provided tips to help you engage your core and breath.
I have also provided multiple modifications for each exercise to ensure that the move is completed effectively for you - but also challenges you.
As you watch the video - practice to see which modification, if any, you will choose for the workout. Once you have watched each exercise and feel comfortable beginning - you are now ready to get you butt kick ... I mean ...sweat your butt off .... arg .. I mean ... enjoy your workout (big grin on Deb) - simply select complete and your Cardio Fusion workout for week one will instantly be available!
Circuit One & Two: 6 exercises in each circuit performed for 30 seconds, 10 second rest and repeat.
Circuit Three: 2 exercises performed for 30 seconds, 10 seconds rest, repeat.
Lightening Round: 14 exercises, performed 20 seconds each - very little rest.
Don't forget to have water throughout the workout. Little sips!
