    Completing the Foundations program and scoring high enough on the quizzes will give you the ability to apply for the paid training program and get connected with companies looking to hire SDRs.

Description

This program starts with an intensive certification process where you learn the foundational skills required to be a successful SDR… but we don’t stop there. To truly be successful, you need more than the knowledge you can get from a classroom or books. You need to learn what it feels like to execute as an SDR everyday experiencing more failures and rejections than wins. Our Accelerator Program provides this experience, but in a safe environment of coaching and development. Gain confidence, learn to control your emotions, and develop an efficient and effective structure to get the most out of everyday.

Successful applicants to our unique “Earn While You Learn” hands-on program will earn an hourly pay plus commissions to hone their skills working on behalf of our partner companies. Graduates of this program will be presented to vetted tech companies looking to hire SDRs with a goal of 100% of our graduates finding an opportunity to start their career in sales.
