Do you ever look at others and admire the ferocious confidence and self-belief they possess?
This course shares with you my own unique method of using the way you think about the world, to change your thoughts forever; so that you can grow your confidence and self-belief naturally.
Telling someone to be more confident and think more positively, very rarely has long-lasting change. But, if you can change the way someone views the world, there is a chance those changes will be more impactful and last a lifetime.
This course touches on human-behaviours to change the way you think about others and yourself.
Rather than listing ways to be more confident, as a lot of confidence courses do, this course uses a way of learning which can result in a change in your views so that you no longer hold yourself back. This is achieved by sharing with you my own thoughts and research, to allow you to recall upon those when you feel your confidence and self-belief dipping.
By changing the way we think, we have the ability to achieve great things and remove the thoughts that usually hold us back.
The only way you can expect to see change and improvement in your life, is by having the ability to put yourself forward and do what it takes to progress.
If we don’t apply for the job, turn up at the interview, take the course or stand up in front of others and be seen, life will remain stagnant. How can it move if we don’t take the steps required to grow and progress.
Rather than learning lists such as:
-stop criticising yourself
-stand tall
-be assertive,
we need to change the way we think. Learning what makes someone confident is great, but it lacks the ability to truly get into the core of our thoughts to facilitate a lifelong change.
Changing our thoughts can massively change how we view ourselves and the world in which we live; and this course aims to give you some ideas to do that.
It is, without a doubt, a very different kind of confidence building course.
