This course enable the student  with skills and techniques to manage the "Real Fear". Course provides detailed information about Fear. Physiological aspects, what happens to human body while the individual is in of Fear is elaborately discussed in the course. Difference between Fear and Phobia, Fear and Anxiety and Fear and Unwanted Worries are discussed as part of this course. Types of Fear is discussed in a separate section as part of this course.  Five most important techniques to manage the "Real Fear" including Importance of Rationality and Mindfulness based Fear management is included as part of this course.

This course is classified in to four sections.

Section two deals with important terminologies and differences between:-
