Description

This free course introduces you to the core ideas that make freestyle swimming easier, smoother, and more enjoyable. Many swimmers try to improve by working harder or pushing themselves through long sessions, but real progress begins with comfort, balance, and understanding how your body moves through the water. This course gives you a clear and simple starting point for that journey.

You will learn two essential techniques called Torpedo and Superman. These movements help you feel how the water supports you and how proper body alignment can reduce effort. By practicing these positions, you will begin to experience better balance, improved stability, and a calmer sense of control in the water. The lessons show you how small adjustments can make a big difference in reducing drag and creating a more streamlined body position.
