    a. download and install Microsoft Visual Studio Code (VS Code).

    b. optionally download and install Node.js (for using both JS & Python)

    c. mandatory download and install Python (verify in Command Prompt)

    d. add Python extension in VS Code

    e. create a new dedicated project folder

    f. open this new folder in VS Code and add a new file with .py extention
