This course has been designed to provide a student with maximum organized and structured information within two hours time limit, fulfill a complete understanding about all potential Project Manager occupation job related duties with knowledge processes and requires a capacity level to absorb an informational volume.

You will be provided with necessary for beginner information, regarding  Project Management and related occupational applicable processes roadmap.

Please note, that original intended audience are people working within IT Industry, so specific topics are included in addition to general Project Management.

• A project manager leads a team of professionals to achieve project goals within specified constraints: scope, timeline schedule and cost budget.

• Project managers continuously communicate with stakeholders to ensure that project's deliverables are met and accepted by end-user customer.

Project management involves a systematic organized approach to ensure projects are completed successfully, within time limit, assigned budget and agreed upon quality.

A Project Manager role is not strictly an IT job unless a Project Manager chooses to specialize in the information technology industry.

Project Manager for other industries are expected to have some knowledge about IT and key business software, but they're not typically classified as IT employees.
