In this lesson we are going to learn how to grill perfect ribeyesteak
Season it first, salt and peppar mop up.
Hot pan, touch of olive oil and
put little bit garlic and it is nice flavour of the steak it doesn’t need to be peeled just lightly crush little bit thyme butter.
You should get out them from fridge 20 mini minutes before you start cooking them cooking steak that is stone cold in center you have to overcook.
Into to the pan onto plate and just leave to rest and you have perfect steak.
