This course is particularly suitable for travel health professionals who will be delivering health advice to travellers who are heading to parts of the world with increased health risks. In this lecture you will learn the basics of food and water hygiene issues in general, with particular emphasis on the increased problems in lower income countries. You will also learn about the most significant diseases affecting travellers to these countries.
