I offer learning and coaching pathways in Agribusiness, Food Processing, Retail and Sustainability. All my learning and coaching pathways make use of the Business Model Components (Differentiated value proposition, Distribution strategy aligned with the value proposition, complementary chain partnerships to deliver the value proposition and sustainability outcomes delivered by the value proposition).
Being a farmer's son, I always had a passion for changing the game of agriculture. My endeavor is to enhance and deliver my capabilities to facilitate talent development in Agri/Food space.
I have been fortunate to have been exposed to the possibilities and potential for digital education. I have been an integral part of a team that has innovated in digital education design and delivery for more than a decade. My experiences with digital education content design & development first with Agribusiness Academy and now with the digital school of food and agriculture have shaped my capabilities and confidence. I currently lead the education design and delivery for learners on the Digital School of Food & Agriculture platform that have active learners from more than 20 countries.
In my lead facilitation role with the Institute of Food and Agribusiness Leadership, I am nurturing my learner engagement and coaching skills.
I have progressed further being a founding team member of two digital education brands in food and agribusiness to become a Co-Founder of Knack Platform, which is dedicated to advancing vocational and professional education in food and agribusiness in India.
