Welcome to the journey of reaching your dreams! I am Esther, your dream coach, and I am here to guide you on this path.

This course is designed to help you identify, set, and work towards your dreams and goals. With 10 lessons, each focusing on a different aspect of goal-setting and achievement, we'll cover everything you need to know.

In the first lesson, we'll delve into how to identify your dreams and goals. You'll learn the difference between short-term and long-term goals and understand the importance of setting them. By having clear goals, you'll be able to focus your efforts and make progress towards them.

In the second lesson, we'll cover the SMART goal-setting framework which stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound. You'll learn how to use this framework to set specific, achievable goals and use them to guide your actions and progress.

In the third lesson, we'll focus on developing a growth mindset. This mindset refers to the belief that personal abilities and intelligence can be developed through effort and learning. You'll learn how a growth mindset can help you overcome challenges and setbacks and learn how to cultivate this mindset in your own life.

The fourth lesson, will be about creating a plan, including breaking down larger goals into smaller, more manageable tasks, setting deadlines, and milestones, and how to track your progress towards your goals.

Lesson 5 is about overcoming obstacles and setbacks, teaching you strategies for staying motivated and finding support. You'll learn how to handle challenges and setbacks in a positive way and use these experiences as opportunities to learn and grow.

In the sixth lesson, you'll learn how to manage your time and prioritize tasks in order to make progress towards your goals. You'll understand the importance of time management and how to set aside time for the things that are most important to you.
