  • Students will need the supplies necessary to prepare the American Buttercream recipe.

Description

In this Buttercream Flower Basic series, you will learn how to make the perfect American Buttercream recipe for decorating cupcakes, cakes, and a multitude of baked goods.  From there, we will work step by step through the process of coloring the buttercream, loading it into icing bags with ease and then preparing to decorate your cupcakes.

Section #2 of the series will be a step by step tutorial on how to create 7 different buttercream flower cupcakes with additional variations.  You will learn to create a hydrangea,  leaves, sunflower, rose/rosette, modified daisy/large petal flower,  drop flower/flower pot, ruffle flower, and the more difficult and detailed rose.

This is the perfect series for you if you love to bake and want to take your decorating skills to the next level.  By the end of our series and with a little additional practice, you will be able to impress your friends and family with beautiful floral cupcakes for all of your special events.
