In my opinion, a physique can significantly be changed in as little as 8 weeks. There is an e-book attached to this course that contains an 8 week transformation plan, along with other useful fitness information. Although the e-book is attached, I decided to go for a 12 week time frame for this course. Simply because people have different schedules. A 12 week time frame gives you more time to learn and adjust your lifestyle and is more suitable for beginners. When you spread out your goals over a 12 week period you can be slightly less hardcore with your dieting and gym sessions and give yourself some more time to adjust. However, for those that are more experienced, ambitious and have more time on their hands, the book is attached and you could always give it a shot. I'd highly recommend however to finish the course first and become familiar with all the exercises as well as the fitness science so that you can work much more efficient and reach your goals faster. Use the E-Book as an example program. There are 2 separate programs attached, one is for men, the other one is for women. Both programs have been used for 1 on 1 training with clients in the past.
Thanks to the internet, there is an excessive amount of information available on fitness, nutrition & weight loss. It is an overcrowded landscape which makes it difficult to navigate and decide what you need and what you don't need. Fact is that most of the information you read online is either false or unimportant. This course is intended to give you a simplified, yet elaborate, overview of the key principles of muscle building and weight loss. By the end of this course, you'll have all the tools you need to become independent and create the body of your dreams!
