In this program you will engage in simple seated or standing exercises that can be done at home. These are geared for beginners. Simultaneously, you'll learn new fun and relevant information through an entertaining game of trivia! Some topics are: Love, brain health, outer space, foreign language, Thanksgiving and much more!
Exercise should be a fun journey! So you if you like Trivia, this is definitely a great way to help make fun a more color and fun experience for you :-)
This can be a great way to get Mom/Dad/Grandpa/Grandma to be active while playing a fun game of trivia with them. You will learn about health, fitness and all sorts of random fun knowledge. There are also lots of jokes that are not funny at all, but sometime a kind of cute.
Burning yourself does not feel good, which is why most people don't want to come back for more. So instead, FEEL THE LEARN!
There's really not much more to say. It's a super fun and engaging program. It's caught on quite nicely at retirement communities. Please share with anyone you think it would benefit!

Over ten years of personal studies in Neurology
Dr. Stephen Cain, DC has 10 years of extensive training in Functional Neurology through the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies. Through this unique curriculum, he has ascertained a deep knowledge of natural ways to help patients with neurological conditions. He has also traveled across the country to train with neuropathy experts.
After realizing the importance of lifestyle interventions in getting great results with patients, Dr. Cain got certified as a Health Coach, so he could best guide his patients through challenging lifestyle modifications. Dr. Cain also was involved in Toastmasters (communication and leadership organization) for seven years to help him refine his ability to communicate complex neurological concepts in easily understood conversations.
In addition to treating patients with neuropathic pain, he also runs a nonprofit organization, Whole Brain Health Initiative, which helps older adults adopt healthy habits as a preventative measure against Alzheimer’s Disease.
