My name is Darryl J. Banks, I’m a Certified Elite Fitness Trainer (CFT), specializing in Fitness Nutrition (FNS), Exercise Therapy (SET), Athletic Body and Balance (ABB), and Strength and Conditioning (SCC). I'm passionate about fitness and believe it should be a very important part of everyone's life. I have been a fitness trainer for 23+ years teaching various fitness classes including, boxing, kickboxing, gymnastic rings and high bar, natural movements, boot camps and others. I am an avid basketball player, musician, boxer that competed in various professional tournaments and engagements as an athlete.
