The exercises today are the best for boosting your metabolism!
Focus on feeling you back stay tight and using your glutes to explode off the heel during lunges!
Note: The Warm-Up Session can be done any day and at any time. If your schedule allows, use the warmup prior to your daily session.
This entire workout can be repeated 1-2 additional times, either immediately after the first workout or later in the day. You can also combine it with future workouts for a longer exercise session and faster toning.

Pay close attention to your heel on the working leg.
Do the following:
Press the heel into the floor
Drive your body upward (not forward)
Feel the hamstrings and glutes working

Pay close attention to your heel on the working leg.

Mentally connect the heels with your glutes and hamstrings for explosive movements on the front lunges and skaters.
Focus on your back staying tight during the Overhead Flye and Wide Row.
Blast 5: 5:32 minutes
After 5 days of workouts, take a day of rest and then repeat the cycle. You should get stronger each week as you become more familiar with the exercises. When you have time, do the warmup plus one or more of the Workout Blasts. This will make your results even faster!
Beginners can repeat the cycle 5-8 times
Intermediate and Advanced can repeat the cycle 3-5 times
