You'll begin with a Warm-Up Session that can be done any day and at any time. If you have little time, or have not exercised in more than 6 months, the warm-up alone can be considered your "Day 1."

Each Workout Blast consists of intervals of 30-seconds of work and 10-seconds of rest. Of course, take all the rest you need when necessary! The short rest period is to keep your heart rate up and your body moving to maximize fat burning.  Each exercise is specifically chosen for the body shaping capability and the core work that is emphasized in each movement.
