Carlos Lichman is a shred guitarist – one of the most intense, over the top players on the planet. His maniacal guitar driven releases are amazing displays of power and jaw dropping technical command.
Carlos Lichman has been working as professional musician since 1996. Developing his own style of playing through the years, Lichman took music degree in 2008 when he was still living in Brazil. Worked with famous names of music business as Derek Sherinian (Sons of Apollo/ Dream Theater), Kiko Loureiro (Megadeth), Leviaethan (Brazil), Pablo Soler (Argentina), Celso Barbieri (UK), Richie Kotzen (USA), Carcinosi (Brazil) Theodore Ziras (Greece), Vernon Neily (USA), Francesco Fareri (Italy), Krzysztof Gwiazda (Poland) e Pawel Burczyk (Poland).
Carlos’ passion for playing music has always been matched by his excitement for sharing musical knowledge. A guitar instructor for over two decades, Lichman has taught students of all ages and skill levels. He has authored multi-week courses for guitar instruction sites, has recorded instructional DVDs and has written books teaching advanced techniques and musical concepts. Carlos Lichman has performed guitar clinic through South America and Europe sharing his knowledge and music experiences.
