Hi, I’m Sandy Brandes, a certified Yoga Teacher with over 5 years of teaching experience.
For years, despite regular stretching, I couldn’t achieve the front splits. It was frustrating! During my Yoga teacher training, I discovered that anatomy plays a significant role in flexibility—some people are naturally more flexible, while others, like me, face greater challenges.
