My recommendation is that you download each sub-folder separately (ie. Camera Masters, External Audio, Libraries etc.) Google Drive will ZIP them up, download them then you double-click to UN-zip them on your end. If you have a fast internet connection feel free and download the main folder all at once-- but often times folks run into problems when they try that.
The FCPX Libraries should likewise be downloaded individually if you are having trouble downloading the main 'Libraries' folder. Once zipped, downloaded and un-zipped they should appear as the FCPX Library icons they are.
Once opening up whichever Library is appropriate (I have provided 3 Libraries-- for 3 different versions of FCPX: 10.3; 10.4; the newest 10.5) you will need to select all the media (which will probably show up as 'Offline' in the FCPX Library) go to 'FILE --> Re-Link Files' and navigate to where you have downloaded and stored the sample media on your hard-drive to re-connect them.
