Hi, I'm Jayn
My professional career of 15 years has always been in the education and training industry in a range of project roles.
Personally, having endured my own anxieties in life a few years ago, I embarked on a deep personal journey of learning about well-being topics which I had always had an interest in.
In 2016 qualified as an NLP practitioner but in more recent years have learned about the benefits of Energy Healing and various other holistic and nature-based healing techniques and therapies.
I have a great passion for learning (more than I like my day job!) as much as I can in topics of wellbeing and I also like to help others. Having practised much of the things I am learning, I want to share with others, hence this first short course.
Loneliness can affect anyone at any age and with the current situation of lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak, more people are at home.
Feelings of loneliness and isolation may be felt more, particularly by people living alone. This struggle can affect anyone, regardless of age group, background or gender.
My short course aims to help people feel good QUICKLY, using basic teachings from Buddhism.
I have aimed to make the course practical and to the point.
