During the training I will share with you the structure of the feedback, examples, including the ones from my personal experience also we will discuss any possible drawbacks and review different points of view for providing feedback. Moreover, we will focus on how to maintain persons self worth so that your feedback session is not only effective, but also excess the growth of the person you provide the feedback to. Since feedback is a two way communication, we will also discuss on how to accept the feedback and thus grow ourselves. I have constructed a training so that you feel fully equiped for your professional feedback sessions.

Description
This course is build up so that it equips you with both theory and practice for your professional feedback sessions. Feedback is a great tool for the development and growth for you, as a provider, for feedback receiver as well as for the atmosphere and results in your organization. Moreover, we will discuss effective tools so that your feedback excess the growth instead of being received as criticism or punishment. Since feedback sessions is a two-way communication, we will also learn on how to accept the feedback professionally and how to deal with upcoming negative emotions.
Feedback is one of a greatest gifts one can give to another. So we will learn how to do this in a manner, that leads to improved results and/or behavior, that inspires a receiver to take responsibility and actions as well as maintain persons self worth.
Who this course is for:
- I believe that is a very broad range of people - either you are a manager, that is willing to develop a team, or you are a team member and would like to be more professional in talking to your manager and colleagues. Instructor
Corporate experience:
Inga has started her corporate career as Human Resources consultant in global consulting company Korn Ferry. After 3 years of consulting, she has moved to Circle K Human Resources department and there became an expert in Compensation and Benefits as well as ambassador of feedback culture.
Later on her career has switched to Sales department as Operations and Customer service Manager and spent there 10 years. There she was responsible for smooth operation of Sales, including Sales Marketing, tools, processes etc. Moreover, during all this period she was responsible for development of Sales team by creating, conducting and leading training sessions. In Sales, Inga was still known as HR, since feedback, training, people development was her strengths that she shared with Sales department.
She believes that the core of all organizations is continuous improvement. And the improvement is initiated, led and implemented by people. Thus she could not stress enough the importance of collaboration, development as well as support and coaching of people within the organization to provide skills and capabilities for living the change. She is passionate for simple solutions and smooth operation, sees opportunities rather than issues and take initiative to bring solutions to life.
