In this lecture, we’ll break down the fundamental Salsa moves to get you confident and ready for the rhythm. These steps are beginner-friendly and can be practiced anywhere. Here’s what you’ll learn:
Salsa Side to Side – A fun and easy movement that helps you feel the beat and build coordination.
Salsa Two Steps – Add flair and timing with this smooth, stylish footwork.
Salsa Forward and Back – One of the core Salsa patterns that gets your hips moving and adds dynamic flow.
Salsa Back Step – A graceful step that introduces direction changes and improves balance.

Cumbia Basic Steps – Feel the Flow! ?

March – The foundation of Merengue! Step in place with energy and bounce—this move sets the pace.
Two Steps – Add some variety by stepping side-to-side while keeping that Merengue rhythm alive.
Six Steps – A short, circular combo that builds coordination and keeps things fun and light.
V-Step – A forward and back move in a V shape to add space and flair to your footwork.

We end the class with calm, connection, and control. In this cool-down session, we combine the elegance of Kizomba basics with gentle stretching to help your body recover, release tension, and return to balance.
"Lento" – Basic Kizomba (Ladies Style)
Move with grace and sensuality as we explore three fundamental Kizomba steps:
Basic 1: Step in place (right-left) with soft, swaying hips
Basic 2: Step-touch to the rhythm
Basic 3: Right-left-right to the side, then forward and back
Remember to bend your knees slightly to free your hips and flow naturally. Always lead with the right leg and let the music guide you.
