Description

When you’re busy, sometimes the important things get neglected…like your health. More specifically, it is your nutrition, which is ignored in favor of having too many items on your to-do list. The only problem is, the less you care for yourself the less you are able to take care of your business and live your best life.


That’s why I created the Fast and Fresh Meal Plan. Each of the five weeks features easy and healthy recipes and a grocery guide. You can follow the plan meal-by-meal, or choose your favorites. Maybe you just want to add some variety to your diet. Or, if you’re really pressed for time, the Meals in Minutes options are even easier ways to eat healthy.


Simply enjoy 3 meals a day, including 1 or 2 snacks.


I hope you know I don’t like the four-letter D word. This is an easy-to-follow plan to eat better in less time. There is no calorie counting, just nutrient-rich and delicious food. The best part is, you choose what you want to eat and when.


It’s easy: choose your favorite meals and snacks and get on with your day.


It doesn’t matter if you are plant-based, gluten-free or an omnivore, these recipes are adaptable to your needs. Beyond the meal plans and grocery guides, there will be video recipes, healthy eating videos and access to me for your questions.
