That’s why I created the Fast and Fresh Meal Plan. Each of the five weeks features easy and healthy recipes and a grocery guide. You can follow the plan meal-by-meal, or choose your favorites. Maybe you just want to add some variety to your diet. Or, if you’re really pressed for time, the Meals in Minutes options are even easier ways to eat healthy.
Simply enjoy 3 meals a day, including 1 or 2 snacks.
I hope you know I don’t like the four-letter D word. This is an easy-to-follow plan to eat better in less time. There is no calorie counting, just nutrient-rich and delicious food. The best part is, you choose what you want to eat and when.
It’s easy: choose your favorite meals and snacks and get on with your day.
