Description

Still only 15 years in research, Fascia is the latest discovery in the human body.

Did you know that after skin, fascia is the most responsive to pain !

Have you ever had an episode of back pain?

I have collected over the course of my career many gadgets, tools, balls, rollers, sticks and vibrating things as a way of creating pain free movement, balance, and ease with in the body. I have had many of my own injuries i have had to learn to deal with myself, along with other Allied Health Professionals.

It would be great if we all had our own chiro, physio, massage people on hand to take care of us, but the reality for most of us that is not the case. So if we can learn how to manage our own aches and pains then that empowers us to take control.

I have a tool for each part of the body. Different tools for different pain sensations.

Join me and learn how to release and relieve your body from tension and pain
